Black Needle Noise releases SyStem Bi feat. Fakeba single and video

Black Needle Noise released the new single “SyStem Bi” featuring Fakeba on 8 December through Black Needle Noise Records in association with No Devotion Records. Fakeba is the Senegal based electronic music artist who sings in her native Wolof language, the language of Senegal, Gambia and Black Needle Noise - SyStem Bi (cover)Mauritania.

BNN is the perpetual and evolving project within which John Fryer surprises us once again with a peculiar collaboration.

John doesn’t like limitations or labels. Instead, he is open to experimenting and exploring the sound and embracing different influences, ideas and creative collaborators.

The song is radiating the positive energy; characterised by the beautiful and flowing melody and the striking chorus. John Fryer and Fakeba mix traditional influences with the modern approach which makes this song one of the most interesting BNN singles.

The accompanying video was made in collaboration with Gina Czarnecki. After having seen Gina’s short film “Spintex”, John thought it would fit the song perfectly. He edited the footage and made a really nice interpretation of her film, to the mutual pleasure. The scenes were filmed at a night club in Ghana and the images which appear before our eyes bring thoughts of people united in motion and life.
